Mosaic :)

Tonight I took a mosaic tiling class at the arts and crafts center on post. It was so much fun. Everyone brought food to share and it was so relaxing to just be able to sit and be creative. I love doing stuff like this, but just do not do it very often...well really ever anymore. It was nice. :) I'm not done, but I'll be going back to finish soon. Here is what I got done today.

I'm making a beachy type scene. The tan colored glass with go above the greenish glass, then the blue streaked glass will go at the top. I can't wait to see what it'll look like all finished. I'll post pics when it's done.

Blog crazy...

I know I've been a little blog crazy today (just trying to update a little). We went to the PX last night and they had some really neat birdhouses...and Jon got me one. I probably won't put it up here in Hawaii, but definitely will when we get back to WA. Seeing all of Megan's bird posts made me think of her when we got it. I MISS YOU MEGAN!!!

Isn't it neat! I can't wait to move so I can put it up.

Three Tables...it's a beach day!

This morning we went to Three Tables beach with the Garness family. It was a perfect day to go. The weather was beautiful up on the north shore. Nice and warm and the water a cool, but perfect.

Kaitlyn likes to blow spit bubbles now...she's a little drool monster.

Last but not least...a photo of my wonderful hubby. It looked good on my tiny camera screen, but when I got it onto the computer, well...see for yourself. Isn't that a great nose shadow? :D

Heck Naw...has it been 3 months already?

It sure has, but I feel like I had her only a month ago. Miss Kaitlyn is 3 months old (yes...this post is coming a couple days late). I can't believe how fast the time has gone by. She had a checkup yesterday morning and she is 13 lbs. 3 oz. and 23 1/4 inches tall. She's growing so fast. She is such a good baby. Don't know what to say other than I am loving being a mommy of 2. I love both of my kidlets so much. :) Happy 3 months Miss K!
